Alex Gildersleeve, the driving force behind Elevate Wellbeing Group, has dedicated over 16 years to the health and fitness industry. Pursuing a Master’s in Psychology, Alex brings a unique, science-backed approach to coaching, training, and personal development.

With a strong foundation in cognitive performance, behavioural change, and positive psychology, Alex integrates mental resilience training into physical fitness programs, ensuring a well-rounded, transformative experience for every client. His expertise spans corporate wellness, personal coaching, and high-performance training, helping individuals and teams thrive in today’s demanding world.
