About Alex
As a coach, I believe that the mind and body are interconnected and that addressing both is essential to achieving optimal health and performance. My philosophy is rooted in the idea that physical exercise is the keystone in positive cognitive changes, enabling people to become more cognitively flexible, adaptable, focused, and resilient.

To further enrich the lives of my clients, I have pursued tertiary education in multiple modalities of psychology and am currently on the pathway to becoming a clinical psychologist. Through my studies, I have gained a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and how it relates to mental health, well-being, and performance. This has allowed me to offer a holistic health and performance coaching approach that addresses all aspects of my client's lives.

By integrating physical exercise with psychological practices, I can help my clients achieve their peak potential in all areas of their lives. Whether they want to improve their work performance, enhance their cognitive functioning, manage stress and anxiety, or simply optimise their overall health and well-being, I am here to guide them on their journey towards success.

I aim to empower my clients to become their best selves, both physically and mentally. By taking a holistic approach to health and performance coaching, I can offer a comprehensive and personalised experience that meets each individual's unique needs and goals.
